We are looking for a full-time Floor Manager to join our team and deliver consistently high-quality food according to the recipes and specifications for our Takeaway Spice Garden which is one of the leading Indian takeaway in Ashford, Kent. Your work will be especially important for our customers satisfaction and excellent culinary experience. Floor Manager: - Responsibilities and Duties: Setting whole Floor and customer waiting areas as per the health and safety measure and guidelines laid down by the government and ensure the customer satisfaction. Supervise the staff and train them up. - purchases or directs the purchasing of supplies and arranges for preparation of accounts. - verifies that quality of food, beverages and waiting service are as required and that dining areas are kept clean in compliance with statutory requirements. - Checks that supplies are properly used and accounted for to prevent wastage and loss and to keep within budget limit. - Skill, Experience and Qualification: • English Language skill Level B1 minimum. Skill level of RQF3 or above and/or relevant experience for the specific position - Remuneration: Competitive salary of £11.30 per hour for 48 hours within a 6-day week amounting to an annual salary of £28204.80 with benefits & entitlements including 28 days paid holiday (pro rata), employer’s pension contribution, Chef’s uniform, meals on duty and salary review, recognition and reward for outstanding performance and commitment.

To be successful as a software project manager, you should have a good working knowledge of project estimation techniques and the ability to motivate team members. Ultimately, a top-notch software project manager should have good communication and decision-making skills. Software Project Manager Responsibilities: Discussing potential projects and their parameters with clients, executives, and software developers. Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance. Assembling and leading the project team. Participating in and supervising each stage of the project. Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines. Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible. Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion. Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests. Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information. Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products' performance. Software Project Manager Requirements: Proven experience in project management and software development. Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques. Excellent technical knowledge. Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills. Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
