The firm has received numerous industry accolades, including STEP Financial Adviser Team of the Year, and was selected by NS&I to provide professional financial advice to monthly £1 million Premium Bonds jackpot winners.Working closely with Financial Planners and Paraplanners, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality financial planning advice and maintaining outstanding client service standards.The RoleResponsibilities will include: Processing new business and provider applicationsManaging client reviews and ongoing servicing requirementsObtaining policy information and Letters of AuthorityMaintaining accurate client records and CRM systemsLiaising with clients, providers, advisers and paraplannersSupporting fund switches, withdrawals and transfersAssisting with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and client due diligencePreparing documentation and reports for client meetingsMonitoring outstanding requirements and progressing cases efficientlyEnsuring all administration is completed in line with FCA regulations and internal compliance proceduresAbout YouYou will ideally have experience working within a Financial Planning, Wealth Management or IFA environment and understand the importance of accuracy, client care and attention to detail.You will possess: A minimum of 2 years experience within Financial Services AdministrationKnowledge of pensions, investments and protection productsExcellent organisational and administrative skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalHigh levels of accuracy and attention to detailExperience using financial planning platforms and back-office systemsA sound understanding of compliance and regulatory requirementsDesirable Experience O&M, Morningstar or SelectapensionQuilter, Transact, 7IM or similar platformsCashcalc, Voyant or other cashflow modelling softwareWorking towards, or interested in studying for, professional qualificationsWhy Join Us?
