Join our team as a Minibus Driver and contribute to our Gold Standard Service by transporting adults with learning disabilities. This role is perfect for someone with empathy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with service users and family carers. • Drive 16-seater minibuses and small WAVs., • Operate tail lifts and ensure safe passenger travel., • Work alongside experienced Passenger Assistants., • Receive full training, including Passenger Assistance Training. This is a permanent night-shift position, ideal for someone organised, punctual, and able to work independently About the Role You will be in charge of loading the van with all orders for our shops and customers, delivering them efficiently, and placing the products in the correct fridges/freezers at each location. You will also ensure the van is kept clean, tidy, and in good working condition.
