  Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Inspire Support LTD is looking for compassionate, honest, and reliable individuals to join our growing team of Support Workers. We provide person-centred support to vulnerable adults, helping them lead fulfilling and independent lives within their communities. What We’re Looking For: We want to hear from you if you are: • Caring and empathetic • Trustworthy and dependable • Committed to upholding dignity and respect in every interaction • A confident communicator with a genuine desire to help others • Good record keeping - writing factual live support sessions, completing support plans and risk assessments Requirements: • A full UK driving licence (essential) • A clean enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) • Experience is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided We Offer: • Flexible full-time and part-time hours • Comprehensive induction and ongoing training • Supportive working environment • Opportunities for progression • Competitive pay • Mileage Allowance Join a team that truly cares.
