He is a non-verbal 28-year-old with severe autism, complex needs, high sensory processing needs, obsessive compulsive disorder, health care needs and challenging behaviour. He enjoys routine, doing a multitude of activities, having fun, and thrives on the encouragement and motivation given to him by those closest to him. The client is highly dependent on his family which means the care team work closely alongside the family members. He is looking for an experienced PA to join his care team who is caring, compassionate, energetic and easy to get on with. Shifts can vary between 8-12 hours between Monday to Friday. The position is FULL TIME only.
