We are seeking a Registered Manager who excels in community engagement, team building, and innovation, ensuring documentation and staff training are up-to-date. Our Supported Living provision focuses on enhancing independence and social inclusion through a person-centered approach tailored to individual needs and goals. We maintain separate tenancy and care agreements for all service users, supported by robust transitional plans for seamless care. Key Responsibilities • Lead day-to-day operational management, • Maintain CQC compliance and quality standards, • Manage recruitment, rotas, supervision, and staff development, • Oversee budgets and resource allocation, • Build relationships with commissioners and external partners, • Support expansion and new service mobilisation, • Ensure person-centred, safe, and outcome-focused support Requirements • Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CQC Registered Manager, • Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, • Proven record achieving Good/Outstanding CQC ratings, • Strong team leadership and safeguarding knowledge, • Experience with service development and tendering Salary £35,000–£40,000 plus performance bonuses Immediate start available Interviews via Zoom

Requirements: • Level 5 diploma in Health and Social Care, • Experience managing services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviors, and mental health needs, • Strong strategic relationship-building skills with policy and decision-makers, • CQC knowledge and experience of achieving good/outstanding ratings, • Experience in day-to-day home management, staff supervision, recruitment, budget management, policy implementation, and tendering for new contracts, • Minimum 24 months experience as a registered manager We offer a competitive salary of £35,000-£40,000 per annum, with performance-related bonuses.
