Job Title: Front of House Team Member
Job Type: Full-time position available, £ 12.50 per hour plus tips.

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Front of House team member, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well-cared for. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and seating customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
Taking orders accurately and providing menu recommendations.
Serving food and drinks promptly and with a smile.
Handling payments and ensuring the till is balanced.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Assisting in resolving customer queries or concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, but not essential – we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
