In this position, you will act as the second in command in our kitchen, following and enforcing our executive chef’s requirements and guidelines. To come to the shop early morning 8am and begin making dough for the daily use of shop. This is a full time position looking for someone who lives local to enfield area who is looking to work every day. Must have experience with making dough for pizza before. This job is immediate start.
