LTA Level 3 Tennis Coach – Join Our Friendly, Growing Club! Location: Chorleywood Hours: Saturday mornings required, with additional group and private coaching hours available throughout the week Start date: ASAP Pay: £25-£28 based on experience About Us We’re a welcoming, community-focused tennis club with a rapidly growing membership and a friendly, positive environment under our Head Coach Beatha Roper-Rice. Our coaching programme is expanding, and we’re looking for a passionate LTA Level 3 Coach to join our team — someone who brings enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a love for helping players of all ages develop their game. About the Role We’re seeking an engaging and reliable coach who can deliver fun, high-quality sessions and contribute to the continued success of our club. The role will include: • Saturday morning coaching (junior and/or adult groups), • Additional group and private lesson opportunities across the week, • Running or assisting with Cardio Tennis sessions, • Optional racket stringing services if experienced What We’re Looking For • LTA Level 3 Accredited/Accredited+ Coach, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – friendly, reliable, and professional, • A positive role model who enjoys working with both juniors and adults, • Experience with Cardio Tennis or interest in running sessions preferred, • Ability to contribute to a team and help maintain our fun, inclusive culture, • Current DBS, First Aid, and Safeguarding certifications (or willingness to update) Why Join Us • Supportive, community-led environment with a great team spirit, • Expanding coaching programme with space to grow your role and client base, • Excellent facilities and strong demand for coaching, • Competitive rates and flexible schedule opportunities beyond Saturday mornings To apply: Please your CV and a short cover note outlining your coaching experience and availability to us.
