Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine and cocktail selections. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering impeccable service.
