Class 1 HGV Driver (Tramping) – Monday to Friday Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk Pay: £17.00 per hour Night Out Allowance: £23 per night Job Type: Full-time, Ongoing Work Start Date: Immediate Starts Available DR Transport Services LTD is currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers for ongoing tramping work based out of Bury St Edmunds. This is a Monday to Friday tramping role with your own truck and regular, ongoing work. Occasional Saturday shifts may be available. Duties: • Curtain-sided and container work, • Completing vehicle checks and defect reporting, • Ensuring all deliveries and collections are completed safely and professionally, • Complying with all drivers' hours and Working Time Directive regulations, • Maintaining a high standard of customer service Requirements: • Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence, • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card, • Minimum 1 year Class 1 driving experience preferred, • Good understanding of drivers' hours regulations, • Reliable and professional attitude What We Offer: • £17.00 per hour, • £23.00 night out allowance, • Weekly pay, • Ongoing, long-term work, • Well-maintained vehicles, • Support from a friendly transport team, • Immediate starts available If you're looking for reliable tramping work with competitive rates and ongoing opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.
