We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in structuring the company, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and generating income from these ventures. Liaises with senior staff to determine range of goods and services Contributes to sales strategy development and target setting Analyses customer reactions to products, packaging, pricing, etc. Undertakes market research and compiles sales data Prepares proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities Manages customer accounts and relationships Recruits, trains, and develops junior sales staff Produces reports and recommendations for senior management Monitors competitors and keeps up to date with products Leads strategic initiatives including development of food delivery apps Identifies growth opportunities to enhance overall business performance
