Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities, market trends, and competitive pricing strategies. Task Coordination: Coordinate various tasks and projects, delegating responsibilities to appropriate team members and ensuring deadlines are met. Miscellaneous Duties: Handle additional responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Property Manager, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to the team's success. Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely for the majority of the time, with occasional travel opportunities.
