· Take incoming calls
· Deal with non-contract customer service issues (e.g. delivery tracking, send certificates of conformity/data sheets, provide order/delivery updates)
· Order Processing
· Complete supplier questionnaires for new customers and credit application forms for new suppliers
· Purchase consumables and equipment for own use
· Keep certification up to date: Constructionline Gold, RISQS, Achilles Linkup
· Responsible for HSQE Management System and ensuring it is ISO Compliant
· File documents and organise central filing system
