Looking for your first step into a professional office career?
We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and friendly Estates Administrator to join our growing team. Whether you've recently finished college, completed sixth form or are looking for your first office-based role, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills and build a long-term career in property management.
No previous property experience is required – we'll provide full training and support from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Estates Team, you'll help keep our residential developments running smoothly by:

• Speaking with residents, leaseholders and contractors by phone and email
• Helping organise repairs and maintenance works
• Updating our computer systems and keeping records accurate
• Supporting our Estates Managers with day-to-day administration
• Preparing newsletters and communications for residents
• Obtaining quotes from contractors
• Learning about property management and leasehold services
• Working closely with a friendly and supportive team

What We're Looking For

You don't need experience in property management—we're much more interested in your attitude.
You'll be someone who is:

• Friendly and enjoys helping people
• Well organised and pays attention to detail
• Confident using a computer and Microsoft Office
• A good communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Keen to learn and develop new skills
• Reliable, positive and willing to get involved
• Able to manage your time and work as part of a team

Essential Requirements

• GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

• Customer service experience (retail, hospitality or volunteering all count!)
• A-Level, BTEC or college qualification
• Experience using Microsoft Office in a work or education setting
