We are looking for a hands-on Pro active Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of Maries Tea Room & Emporium. This is a varied role where you’ll work as part of the team, including baking and preparing orders, serving customers, and maintaining high standards throughout.

You’ll also support the operational side of the business, helping to manage staff, oversee daily tasks, handle admin, and work towards set targets. The role involves ensuring smooth service, driving sales, and supporting the overall growth of the business.
