We are looking for enthusiastic bar staff to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Taking beverage orders from customers and serving drinks as requested, ensuring attention to detail.
- Satisfying customer requests promptly and attentively while interacting positively.
- Making drink recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Collecting payment for drinks and using the till system to process transactions.
- Checking identification to verify legal age requirements.
- Maintaining a well-stocked bar and keeping the customer and bar area clean.
Applicants must be over 18 with proof of right to work. Previous experience is helpful but not essential, as full training is provided. We require someone who is reliable and a good timekeeper, with attention to detail and the ability to provide references from previous employers. We value work-life balance.
Working Hours & Benefits
- Flexible shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 11:30 am and 2 am
- Hourly rate above NM wage, paid weekly
- Keep 100% of tips, no shared pooling
- Must be available to work weekends and bank holidays.
