Seeking a proactive and experienced Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar at Garswood Hall Bowling and Community Club. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the bar staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Maintain a welcoming and efficient environment for guests.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety guidelines.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bar management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team effectively.
