Redhill Fields is an exciting new open-air cultural destination in Nottinghamshire, bringing together live music, comedy, cinema, food and community experiences in a unique outdoor setting.
We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to oversee all bar operations during our launch programme and help establish the high standards that will define Redhill Fields for years to come.
This is an opportunity to become part of an ambitious new events company with long-term plans to grow into one of the UK's leading independent open-air cultural venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all bar operations during the events.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws and responsible alcohol sales.
- Lead and supervise bar staff.
- Manage stock control, deliveries and replenishment.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
- Work closely with production, security and event management teams.
- Assist with bar setup and breakdown.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience managing busy bars or festival/event bars.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Personal Licence Holder (preferred).
- worked with or a Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) is highly desirable.
Desirable
- Experience working at outdoor events or festivals.
- Knowledge of stock management systems.
- First Aid qualification (advantageous).
