We are seeking a young and dedicated Bar Manager to oversee our restaurant’s bar operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attitude to learn and have passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the bar, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. You will be provided full support and on job training, however you have to possess a strong passion to learn fast. Duties:
Manage and supervise all aspects of the bar operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
Train and develop bar staff to ensure they provide excellent service and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
Oversee the preparation of beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock.
Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment maintenance and regular cleaning schedules.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service for special events or promotions.
Experience:
Previous experience is not essential as you will have to be provided full training and support.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
Familiarity with hotel or restaurant operations is preferred.
