Role Overview
 We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to lead our bar operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support the management team in delivering high-quality service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, cocktail knowledge, and experience in organising events and promotions.
 Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day bar operations and ensure smooth service 
Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to maintain high standards 
Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, including cocktails 
Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health & safety regulations 
Maintain stock levels, ordering, and inventory control 
Create staff rotas and manage shift planning (including weekends) 
Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries
Events & Promotions
Organise and manage events such as: Ladies Cocktail Nights 
Corporate Lunches 
Special promotions and themed evenings 
Work on creative ideas to increase footfall and sales
Marketing & Social Media
Manage and post content on social media platforms 
Promote events, offers, and daily specials 
Engage with customers online to build brand presence
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role 
Ideally hold a Personal Licence to serve alcohol 
Strong knowledge of cocktails and bar operations 
Excellent communication and leadership skills 
Ability to work weekends and flexible hours 
Well-organised with good time management
