- Overview: - We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee the operations of our tropical themed restaurant located in Lewisham. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, staff management, financial performance, and overall guest satisfaction. Responsibilities: - 1. Operational Management: - - Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. - - Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness. - - Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management. - - Implement and enforce health and safety regulations. 2. Staff Management: - - Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service. - - Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage. - - Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to enhance team performance. - - Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee growth. 3. C B Customer Service: - - Ensure guests receive outstanding service and resolve any customer complaints or issues. - - Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience. - - Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all guests. 4.
