We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our team at The Coach House, Stratford upon Avon.
As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Duties:
Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
take food orders and serve from the menu.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic math skills for processing payments.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
Uphold high standards of customer service while managing time effectively during busy periods.
Skills
Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a safe environment for patrons.
Experience in serving drinks and food within a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable.
Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments efficiently.
Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively during peak hours.
