Employment Type: Part Time (minimum 3 evenings a week)
The Bar Staff are responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and professional service to club members and their guests. As part of a small team, you’ll ensure that the bar area is well-run, well-stocked, and offers a welcoming atmosphere consistent with the club’s standards .
Bar Operations
Set up and close down the bar before and after service.
Ensure the bar area, glasses, and equipment are clean and well maintained.
Restock beverages, garnishes, and supplies as needed.
Follow club policies regarding responsible alcohol service and age verification.
Cash Handling & Stock Control
Report shortages, breakages, or issues promptly.
Teamwork & Support
Work closely with other club staff to deliver seamless service.
Assist with events, private functions as required.
Contribute to maintaining a tidy, safe, and welcoming club environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a bar preferred but not essential. 
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and bar hygiene.
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
Personal Qualities:
Friendly, approachable, and attentive to detail.
Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.
