Employment Type: Part Time (minimum 3 evenings a week)
The Bar Staff are responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and professional service to club members and their guests. As part of a small team, you’ll ensure that the bar area is well-run, well-stocked, and offers a welcoming atmosphere consistent with the club’s standards .
Bar Operations
- Set up and close down the bar before and after service.
- Ensure the bar area, glasses, and equipment are clean and well maintained.
- Restock beverages, garnishes, and supplies as needed.
- Follow club policies regarding responsible alcohol service and age verification.
Cash Handling & Stock Control - Report shortages, breakages, or issues promptly.
Teamwork & Support - Work closely with other club staff to deliver seamless service.
- Assist with events, private functions as required.
- Contribute to maintaining a tidy, safe, and welcoming club environment.
Skills & Qualifications: - Previous experience working in a bar preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and bar hygiene.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
