Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic bar supervisor to join our team at Du Vin Bouchers Wine Bar Linlithgow , delivering exceptional service and creating a vibrant atmosphere for our guests , the ideal candidate must possess a strong background in hospitality with a passion for food and wine and a commitment to maintaining high standards at all times .
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring compliance with company policies ,procedures , licensing laws , health and safety
Oversee food preparation processes, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
Oversee the daily operations of the bar , maintain a clean and organised work environment.
Lead, train and motivate bar staff to deliver outstanding customer service
Experience
Previous experience in a supervisory leadership role within the hospitality sector is essential .
Strong background in bar work
Knowledge of licensing laws and best practices is a requirement
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and fellow colleagues alike
