📍Ottolenghi is coming to Edinburgh! 📅New opening – September 2026 We're building our Back of House team for our brand-new Edinburgh restaurant, and we're looking for passionate, talented and hardworking people to join us for this exciting new opening. We have a variety of full-time positions available, including: • Chef de Partie, • Pastry Chef de Partie, • Commis Chef, • Pastry Commis Chef, • Kitchen Porter Manager, • Kitchen Porter What you'll be doing You'll be part of a passionate kitchen team creating the food Ottolenghi is known for. Depending on your role, you'll be preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, supporting your section, maintaining excellent kitchen standards, working closely with the wider kitchen team and helping to deliver a smooth and efficient service. You'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of sections and develop your skills as part of a brand-new kitchen team. What we’re looking for • Previous barista experience in a specialty coffee or quality hospitality setting., • Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential., • Strong technical coffee skills across espresso and milk-based drinks., • A genuine love of coffee and connecting with people. Ottolenghi is renowned for its vibrant and innovative food, where quality and customer experience are at the heart of everything we do and we are now looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team and help us deliver exceptional food to our customers across London.
