Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming environment. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Assist with training and mentoring (for full-time role). Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements Full-Time Barista: Minimum 2 years of professional barista experience. Passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to mentor and support part-time staff. Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to a full-time role. Part-Time Baristas: Enthusiasm and willingness to learn; training will be provided. Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented. Flexible availability to support the new coffee house operations.
