Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee and tea.
- Ensure consistent quality by following recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and make personalized recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and seating areas.
- Support the team in restocking supplies and managing inventory as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
