The Crown Inn is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Barista and Waiter/Waitress. This dual role involves providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks.
- Taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, and clearing tables.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar, dining areas, and workstations.
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately.
- Assisting with general setup and close-down procedures.
- Providing friendly and efficient service to enhance the guest experience.
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a café, pub, or restaurant environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
