Job Title: Café Team Member (Barista & Kitchen Assistant)
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable team member to join our café. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love great coffee, and enjoy working with people, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality coffees and a range of hot and cold drinks
- Make fresh toasties and assist with basic food preparation
- Carry out stock checks and help with inventory management
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the café
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining high standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience making coffee and café-style drinks (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work quickly and stay calm under pressure
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A positive attitude and friendly approach to customers
- Reliability and willingness to learn
