We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista/Coffee shop assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have experience within a coffee shop environment
Duties:

Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
Take customer orders and prepare beverages
Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other equipment
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
Stock and replenish supplies as needed
Handle cash transactions accurately
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow
Experience:
Previous experience as a Barista is essential
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is a plus
Familiarity with different types of coffee beans and their flavor profiles is desirable
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Skills:
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
Effective time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Knowledge of food safety regulations and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards
