X-Nourish is the new café concept within X-Club Pilates & Wellness, bringing together great coffee, nourishing food and drinks, wellness and outstanding customer service. This is our first X-Nourish café, making it an exciting opportunity to join us from the beginning and grow alongside the business. The Role We are looking for an experienced, confident and reliable Barista with at least 1 year of professional barista experience. You must be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the café during your shift, while also being a strong team player. As X-Nourish operates within X-Club Pilates & Wellness, you will work alongside our reception team, Pilates teachers, therapists and wider studio team. Outstanding customer service is our top priority. We want someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people, creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere and takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience.
