Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes.
- Offer recommendations based on customer preferences and menu items.
- Ensure the bar area is clean and organized, maintaining a high level of hygiene.
- Monitor and restock inventory as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience for all guests.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout the restaurant.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant or bar setting.
- Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle busy shifts.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
