Looking for 4 staff for a private event. Need 1 bartender and 3 wait staff. The event is an intimate wedding with 42 guests. The job is pretty straightforward, more information below. Will need help with clean up and pack down after the event. Event is on 13th June 2026, 2:30-11:30pm, with a 30-min sit down break.
Required skills:
Bartender - will be serving wine, beer, spirits and pre-mixed cocktails. Bar will be fully prepped before your shift. Need to know how to make a shaken cocktail and Negroni. Must be able to multi-task and wash up the glassware when its not busy. Looking for someone that is professional and proactive.
Wait staff - will be serving welcome drinks in trays and serving food for dinner. Dinner will be a sharing style menu so shared platters in the middle. Must be quick at clean up after dinner service and reset for dessert. Tables will be fully set up before your shift, you just need to arrive and start on welcome drinks after the ceremony. I will need help packing down after dinner, this includes washing plates and cutleries, putting away decor, linen, tables and chairs. I am looking for someone reliable and proactive as pack down needs to be done by 11:30pm to return venue keys.
