We are seeking a skilled and energetic Bartender/Barista to join our dynamic team in a high-paced, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate has a passion for both coffee and cocktails, excels under pressure, and delivers consistently high-quality beverages—from intricate latte art to expertly crafted cocktails.
Key Responsibilities:
Barista Duties:
Prepare a variety of high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks.
Create latte art with consistency and attention to detail.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment.
Manage coffee bean rotation and grind settings for optimal taste.
Upsell specialty drinks and pastries when appropriate.
Bartender Duties:
Mix, garnish, and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Craft classic cocktails and develop seasonal or signature drinks.
Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area at all times.
Check identification of customers to ensure legal drinking age.
Handle cash, card transactions, and operate POS system accurately.
General Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service and build rapport with regular guests.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Participate in opening and closing duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a barista and/or bartender.
Proven ability to create latte art and prepare espresso drinks to specialty coffee standards.
Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, and mixology techniques.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Barista or bartender certification is a plus.
