Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Level 4 Beauty Therapist/Aesthetic Practitioner to join our growing clinic. The successful candidate will deliver advanced aesthetic and skin treatments, provide exceptional client care, and help clients achieve their skin and beauty goals through tailored treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client consultations, including medical history and skin analysis.
• Develop personalised treatment plans based on client needs and desired outcomes.
• Perform Level 4 aesthetic treatments, including:
• Skin peels
• Microneedling
• Dermaplaning
• Radiofrequency skin tightening
• Hydrofacials
• LED light therapy
• Advanced electrotherapy facial treatments
• Advanced skin rejuvenation treatments
• Maintain accurate consultation notes, treatment records and consent forms.
• Ensure all treatments are carried out safely in accordance with company protocols, insurance requirements and health and safety legislation.
• Provide comprehensive pre-treatment and aftercare advice.
• Recommend appropriate homecare products to support treatment outcomes.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and stock to the highest standards.
• Follow infection prevention, hygiene and clinical waste disposal procedures.
• Keep up to date with industry developments, new technologies and continuous professional development (CPD).
• Support clinic marketing by requesting client reviews, taking before-and-after photographs (with consent), and creating social media content where appropriate.
• Assist in achieving monthly treatment and retail sales targets.
• Work collaboratively with the wider clinic team to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Essential Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
• Level 4 Certificate in Laser, IPL and Skin Rejuvenation or Level 4 Advanced Beauty Therapy qualification.
• Minimum 1–2 years' experience performing advanced facial and skin treatments.
• Excellent consultation and communication skills.
• Professional, friendly and confident manner.
• High attention to detail.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology and skin conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and high professional standards.

Desirable Qualifications

• Level 5 or Level 7 Aesthetic qualification.
• Laser and IPL certification.
• Experience with medical-grade skincare brands.
• Experience with skin analysis systems.
• First Aid qualification.
• Experience working in an aesthetics or medical clinic.
