Responsibilities • Carry out client consultations and recommend suitable hair extension methods., • Install, maintain and remove a range of hair extension systems, including: K-Tips Tape-Ins Micro Links/Rings Wefts/Micro Wefts Sew-Ins • Cut, blend and style extensions to create seamless results., • Carry out hair cutting, styling and colouring services where required., • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professionalism and client care., • Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat business., • Create before and after content for social media where appropriate. Requirements • Qualified Hairdresser (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)., • Proven experience fitting multiple hair extension methods., • Confident in cutting, colouring and styling hair., • Strong consultation and communication skills., • Excellent customer service and attention to detail., • A portfolio of previous work is essential.
