The ideal candidate is confident with BIAB (Builder in a Bottle) applications and has a good eye for minimal, clean nail art. Responsibilities • Perform BIAB services, including prep, application, infills, and removals, • Create minimal nail art (lines, French, simple designs, neutral aesthetics), • Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation, • Provide excellent customer service and client consultations, • Keep your workstation clean, organized, and stocked, • Certified Nail Technician (or equivalent experience), • Proven experience with BIAB, • Ability to execute minimal nail art confidently, • Strong attention to detail, • Friendly, professional, and client-focused attitude, • Experience with gel extensions or soft gel tips, • Nail art portfolio or Instagram page, • Friendly and supportive work environment, • Competitive pay / commission, • Opportunity to grow with the salon
