*Job Description:*
As a High-End Bench Joiner, you'll be responsible for crafting and assembling premium joinery components, working with rare and expensive materials. You'll utilize your expertise to create intricate designs, precision-cut joints, and fine finishes, ensuring every piece meets our exceptional quality standards.
*Key Responsibilities:*

Craft and assemble high-end joinery components, including bespoke furniture, cabinetry, and architectural features
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production
Work with various materials, including rare and exotic woods, metals, and other premium materials
Precision-cut joints and assemble components with attention to detail
Apply fine finishes, including polishing, staining, and coating
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other craftsmen to ensure seamless production

*Requirements:*

City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Cabinet Making or equivalent
Proven experience in high-end joinery, with a strong portfolio
Expertise in working with various materials, including rare and exotic woods
Precision and attention to detail in craftsmanship
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Good communication and teamwork skills

*Desirable Qualifications:*

Experience with traditional craftsmanship techniques, such as hand-cut joints
Knowledge of CAD/CAM software and CNC machinery
Familiarity with luxury materials and finishes
