Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
Job Description:
As a Body Shop Technician you’ll carry out the preparation and body repair of car and light commercial vehicles in an efficient, skilful and safe manner achieving high levels of customer satisfaction at all times. This role is offered on a permanent basis with excellent benefits and competitive salary.
Roll requirements:
- Remove exterior body panels and prepare panels for painting
- Remove dents, scratches, and other imperfections from vehicle panel
- Organise removed components and fixing and fit panels in place
- Maintain equipment and follow manufacturer's recommendations
- Move vehicles around yard and car parking area
Applicant requirements:
- Have a minimum of two years’ experience
- Team player as well as being able to work on own initiative
- Full UK Driving Licence
Experience and Preferred Requirements:
- Repair and restore damaged vehicle panels using appropriate tools and technique
- Use of flat liner/miracle pull system/vertical pulling tower
- Produce quality work to BS10125 standard
