You’ll be sourcing, engaging and placing top talent into some of the most exciting and innovative companies in the Web3 space. From DeFi protocols to Layer 1s, infrastructure projects to DAOs – you’ll be helping shape the future of decentralised tech. What You’ll Do: • Source and engage candidates across engineering, product, growth, and leadership roles, • Develop and maintain strong client relationships – from start-ups to global players, • Manage the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, presenting, closing, • Stay up to date with market trends, communities and innovations in the blockchain space, • Collaborate with your team, attend industry events, and contribute to our brand presence What We’re Looking For: • Strong communication and people skills – you're confident, proactive and personable, • A keen interest in Web3, crypto or emerging tech., • Someone who thrives in a collaborative, office-based environment
