This is a full-time on-site role for a senior experienced staff who would want to grow in the industry and pursue hospitality management. The role will oversee the day-to-day operations of The Lounge & Restaurant, including opening and closing, till reporting, managing staff rota, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with the kitchen staff, overseeing and working towards growth of the business.
