 We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence across the UK electromechanical sector.
 Key Responsibilities:
 Identify and secure new business opportunities across the UK market
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, and consultants
Source and manage tender opportunities and oversee proposal submissions
Lead commercial negotiations to secure profitable contracts
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure high-quality project delivery
Analyse market trends and develop effective growth strategies
Represent the company at industry events and networking forums
       Requirements:
 Proven experience in business development or sales (construction/electromechanical sector preferred)
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Ability to manage stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
