Full time Butcher need for an Afro-Caribbean food store in West Thurrock.
Duties include:
· Cutting, boning, trimming, and preparing various types of meat, including beef, lamb, pork, and poultry.
· Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations, including maintaining a clean work environment and properly sanitizing equipment.
· Advising customers on the best cuts of meat, cooking methods, recipes and serving customers, taking orders, and fulfilling specific requests.
· Inspecting and grading meat products for quality and ensuring products meet company and industry standards.
