🧩 Role Responsibilities
- Provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) with dignity and respect
- Support with daily living tasks (meal preparation, shopping, household duties)
- Assist with administering medication and health monitoring (as trained)
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with agency policy
- Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality, and professional boundaries at all times
✅ Requirements
- Previous care experience preferred but not essential (training provided)
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to undergo DBS check and mandatory training
- Right to work in the UK
