WE ARE A DOMICILIARY CARE PROVIDER, OFFERING DOOR-TO-DOOR HOME CARE SERVICES TO CLIENTS IN THEIR OWN HOMES.
Provide compassionate, person-centred support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain dignity, independence and wellbeing.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting personal care, mobility and daily living activities.
- Preparing meals and providing medication support in line with care plans.
- Completing light household duties and offering companionship.
- Maintaining accurate care records and reporting changes in clients’ condition.
- Following safeguarding, confidentiality, health and safety, and infection-control procedures.
- Travelling between clients' homes to provide care and support according to scheduled visits.
You should be caring, patient, reliable and flexible, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous care experience is helpful but not essential, as full training can be provided. A driving licence and access to a vehicle may be advantageous when travelling between client visits.
