Visit clients in their own homes to provide care and support according to individual needs.
Provide personal care, including assistance with daily living activities, while maintaining clients' dignity, privacy and independence.
Support clients with shopping, appointments, days out and other community activities.
Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate records of care and support provided.
A Full enhanced DBS check will be required for this role
Full UK driving licence
A caring, patient and compassionate approach.
Reliability, punctuality and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to respect clients' confidentiality, dignity and independence.
Previous experience in domiciliary care, healthcare or a similar support role.
A relevant Health and Social Care qualification
Previous experience and qualifications are desirable but not essential, full training will be provided for suitable candidates
