Full-time and part-time opportunities are available for an experienced bench joiner to work in a busy bespoke carpentry workshop. The role includes: • Producing bespoke doors, windows, fitted furniture, staircases, and commercial joinery, • Reading technical drawings and preparing cutting lists, • Managing materials and maintaining quality standards, • Setting up and safely operating workshop machinery, including planers, spindle moulders, and table saws, • Keeping the workshop tidy and following health and safety procedures Applicants should have proven experience as a bench joiner. An NVQ Level 2 or 3 is preferred but not essential. You should be confident working from drawings and to tight tolerances, able to work independently and as part of a small team, and reliable, tidy, and safety-conscious. Having your own tools is an advantage but not required. Pay is £25–£30 per hour, depending on experience. Full-time hours are 40 per week, with part-time work also considered. Overtime is paid, and benefits include a pension, 28 days’ holiday pro rata, a modern workshop, and stable year-round work. A paid trial day is available.

This role involves providing essential support to our skilled tradespeople on various loft conversion projects, ensuring efficiency and safety on site. Key Responsibilities: • Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment., • Preparing work areas, including site clearance and setting up tools., • General tidying and maintenance of the construction site to ensure a safe working environment., • Supporting tradesmen with tasks such as mixing mortar, carrying tools, and basic demolition., • Adhering to all health and safety regulations on site.
