The job: Our Sous Chefs will be able to perform duties on all sections of the kitchen and assist with the management and development of junior chefs contributing to the smooth running of all services and ensuring our food consistently exceeds guest’s expectations. You will work a 48hour week. About you: - Candidates will ideally have +2 years of previous experience working as a Senior CDP or Junior Sous Chef in French or Mediterranean restaurant. - Be able to take control and work all sections in the kitchen comfortably while maintaining the food standard. - Has previous experience leading and supervising a large team and ensuring the standards are in line with the restaurant operating procedures. - Handle the development and supervision of the Junior Chefs. - Fully understand all health and safety requirements in the kitchen. - Assist the Head Chef in creating new dishes and techniques. - Attention to detail. - Excellent teamwork skills. - Meals on duty, Staff drinks, Staff discount - Increased remuneration as you develop and progress in your role Job Type: Full-time Salary: £42,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
