Catering Assistant – School Catering | £12.21/hr + Holiday Pay | Term-Time Hours

PRS is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Catering Assistants to join our dedicated school catering teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you’re looking for sociable hours, weekday shifts, and the chance to be part of a supportive kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation and serving of meals to pupils and staff
- Ensuring food is presented to a high standard and in line with dietary needs
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas
- Supporting chefs and colleagues with daily kitchen tasks
- Following all food safety and school safeguarding procedures
Essential Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS certificate (essential for working in schools)
- Previous catering or kitchen experience preferred but not essential
- Strong team player with a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
